Download Linguin from the App Store — it's available for both iPhone and Mac. Search for "Linguin AI Translator" or use the direct link: apps.apple.com/app/linguin-ai-translator/id6761045463. On Mac, you can also install the Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store.

On Mac, press ⌘ + Shift + T to open the Linguin quick-translate panel from anywhere. On iPhone, you can access Linguin directly from the Share Sheet or set a Back Tap shortcut in Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap.

Linguin supports 100+ languages, including Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Italian, and many more. The full list is available in the app.

Linguin requires an internet connection to perform AI-powered translations. The AI translation engine runs in the cloud to deliver the highest quality results. Make sure you have Wi-Fi or cellular data enabled when translating.

Yes. Linguin does not store your translations on our servers. Text is sent directly to the AI translation engine and the result is returned to your device only. We do not log, save, or share your translation content. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes, Linguin is completely free. There are no subscriptions, no paid plans, and no hidden fees. All features are available to every user at no cost.
